Marshall University’s Office of Career Education is hosting a series of spring events aimed at preparing students for entering the marketplace.
The following is a list of events that are open to all students.
- Business Professional Fashion Show, Monday, Feb. 26, Noon to 1 p.m.,
Don Morris Room, Memorial Student Center
A partnership with Dress for Success and JCPenney showcasing the latest trends in professional attire, featuring students as models. - JCPenney College Suit Up Event, Sunday, March 3, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
JCPenney, Huntington Mall
During the Suit Up event, Marshall students, faculty, staff, and alumni can enjoy an exclusive 30% discount on all business attire purchased, including an additional 30% off on sale-priced professional wear. - General Career Fair, Wednesday, March 6, Noon to 4 p.m.
Marshall Rec Center
This event is open to all majors. Featuring 135 companies actively recruiting for internships and full-time positions. - Cyber Forensics and Security Career Fair, Thursday, March 7, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Memorial Student Center
This specialized fair is tailored for students in cyber forensics, cybersecurity, criminal justice and computer sciences programs. - Etiquette Dinner, Tuesday, March 26, 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Don Morris Room, Memorial Student Center
