“One year passed in the blink of an eye. After a year of growth as a student, the biggest challenge was the transition from the classroom to the clinical site. I did not know what to expect but I have learned what I loved about pharmacy and the true ability I have in providing care in my community. Luckily, I had preceptors who accepted my passion and willingness to learn and grow as a future pharmacist. Regardless of the difficulty, each rotation expected me to improve my clinical skills. Throughout the different rotations, I had the opportunity to focus my rotations on various disease states, and found that I truly loved working with those underserved within the community . With my passion for helping those, I decided to further my education and am grateful to have accepted a PGY1 residency position with ONU Raabe SOP/ONU Healthwise! Go Polar Bears!”
