In most cases, pick-ups and deliveries will be scheduled Monday – Friday, between 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
If the Requester would like to set up a delivery time and date for their package(s), please contact the Receiving Department 304-696-6689.
Receiving drivers will attempt two deliveries. After the second attempt the Requester will be responsible for picking up their package(s) from Receiving Department. Below is a sample of the door hanger in which the drivers will leave with instructions on how to pick-up your package(s).
