The Office of Purchasing also encourages all vendors to register through our Bonfire portal. This will allow your organization to view contracting opportunities and submit bid proposals for university projects. This portal can be accessed by clicking the button below.

All bid opportunities are also posted on the Office of Purchasing website under the Bid and Proposal Opportunities section.

The State of West Virginia strongly encourages the use of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for payment in lieu of paper checks. There are many benefits to the use of EFT including faster payment and reduced risk. Please note, once the form has been completed, do not send via email.
