Our students have great things to say about the RBA Program at Marshall University

I chose the RBA program because it gave me the opportunity to finish my degree without being difficult work-wise because I am a full-time employee.

The RBA program actually gave me the ability to go into graduate school verses going back into a bachelors program. Had I had to do that I may not have gone back to school because it would have been so much more difficult. I was able to do that and get into a graduate program that works in the evening, which helps with my schedule a lot.

My original goal at the beginning of my college endeavors was to graduate from graduate school. The RBA helped as a platform and kind of helped me along the way from undergraduate into the graduate program. Now, in December, I will be able to graduate from the Health Care Administration (Graduate) program.

The staff was wonderful. They really helped guide me through the process of the RBA. They answered all of my questions… every step of the way and helped me to accomplish my goal.

I just enjoy coming back to school so much that I decided to stay so all those classes that I took… they prepared me for the graduate program and I had a good, solid foundation when I went into the program.

I took a number of different classes at different points when I attended college over two decades and the RBA program offered me the ability to use all of those credit hours towards graduating.

It’s allowed me to take some really interesting classes that I probably wouldn’t have had the opportunity to take if I had not switched to the RBA.

I found that I had a love for teaching classes in higher ed. (education) and so I noticed that I had to go back to school to get something, some sort of bachelor’s degree and the RBA program was the best fit for me because I already had the associate degree experience.
