Captain David “Jonny” Liberatore

Captain Jonathan Liberatore is from Morgantown, WV and is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Leadership Studies.

CPT Liberatore was commissioned in 2014 as an Infantry Second Lieutenant. CPT Liberatore’s active component assignments include Fort Moore, Georgia and Fort Liberty, North Carolina. In 2020, CPT Liberatore joined the US Army Reserves and was assigned to Columbus, Ohio.

CPT Liberatore currently serves as the Assistant Professor of Military Science at Marshall University’s Army ROTC “Thundering Herd” Battalion.
