Biography
My name is Will Raines and I’m a Civil Engineering Major with a Spanish Minor here at Marshall. I am the Vice President of the Society of American Military Engineers/American Society of Civil Engineers Student Chapter. As a fourth-generation Marshall student, I was born and raised as one of the Herd. I am very passionate about keeping Marshall graduates connected to the university and am excited to work on it.
