Biography

Cadyn Fraley is a dedicated professional who has been serving as the Case Manager for the Office of Student Conduct at Marshall University since 2022. A proud alumna of West Virginia University, she earned her BA in Dance in 2016, showcasing her artistic talents and commitment to the arts. In 2024, Cadyn furthered her education by obtaining an M.A. in Leadership Studies from Marshall University, demonstrating her dedication to academic excellence and leadership development.

Prior to her current role, Cadyn was an integral part of the Title IX Office, where she excelled as the office administrator. Her experience there equipped her with a deep understanding of university processes and the importance of a supportive educational environment. In her current position, Cadyn is known for her passion for transparency and accessibility. She is committed to ensuring that the processes at Marshall University are clear and open, making them easily accessible to all community members. Her work is driven by a belief in fairness and the value of an inclusive university experience for every student. Cadyn’s contributions to student conduct and her ongoing efforts to improve university processes reflect her unwavering dedication to the Marshall University community.
