Leah Turley (She / Her)

Leah Turley is Assistant Professor of Theatre Performance at Marshall University School of Theatre and Dance, Creative Artistic Dir. for Appalachian Artists Collective, Artistic Director for Marshall University Theatre ETC!, Education Director for Alban Arts Academy, and Education & Outreach Coordinator for Marshall Artists Series. Leah moved back to WV in 2012 after earning her Master’s degree in Theatre Performance and joining Actors’ Equity, the national stage actors’ union, with the goal of establishing a professional, regional theatre in West Virginia. Leah is dedicated to producing engaging and imaginative theatre that reflects the cultural and historical significance of West Virginia.
