Marshall offers several options for geography degrees including both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) at the undergraduate level and a Master of Arts (M.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) in Geography at the graduate level. In addition, Marshall also offers minors in geography, meteorology and geospatial information science (GIScience) as well as graduate certificates in human geography, GIScience and meteorology.
Earning your Marshall University degree in geography is more convenient than ever with classes offered on our Huntington campus or 100% online. Students can also transfer earned college credits to finish a geography degree at Marshall University.
Marshall University geography courses uses the latest geospatial information science and Technology, remote sensing and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) as well as traditional social science and natural science analysis to prepare students for their future geography careers.
