HUNTINGTON, W. Va. (WMUL-FM) — Friday’s announcement revealed that following her sixth season leading the charge of the Marshall University Volleyball Team, Ari Aganus has resigned.
Over the six-season period, Aganus has accumulated a 75-84 record. This includes a 22-16 record in Conference USA (2019-21), and a 13-35 record in the Sun Belt Conference (2022-24).
The Herd came off an overall 15-14 record this season but finished last in the Sun Belt Conference East Division with a 6-10 conference record.
“We want to thank Coach Aganus for her six years leading our volleyball program and we wish her the best in her future endeavors,” said Christian Spears, the Marshall University Director of Athletics. “We will begin our search for a new volleyball coach immediately.”
