Major:I am not a student this semester. I graduated with a B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing from Marshall University, have post-graduate work toward an MFA in creative writing from WV Wesleyan, and I also have an MLS in library science from Texas Woman’s University.
Career goals: Further my career as an academic librarian, continue to work in radio, and pursue other creative interests.
Biography
Jamie Mathis is serving her second semester as WMUL’s Digital Media Librarian. She works as a Staff Librarian at Marshall University and is an alumni of the university. At WMUL, she also serves as a DJ.

Favorite Station Memory: Recording promos with Dave, taping Ben Anderson-themed Valentines to my mailbox, and listening to Emma and Waylon poke fun at each other’s on air flubs.
