Ken is from Toledo, OH. He graduated with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in French. After Marshall, Ken pursued a MD/PhD at Saint Louis University. He currently lives with his partner in Portland, Oregon, and is the Section Chief for Hematology/Oncology at the VA Portland Health Care System.
